Technical Adviser of Kwara United, Ashifat Suleiman has cautioned his squad against overconfidence following an impressive run of pre-season form.
The Harmony Boys recently secured back-to-back pre-season victories during their Preseason tour in Katsina State.
Despite these encouraging performances on the pitch, Suleiman made it clear that the team cannot afford to relax.
“We will remain focused on our objectives,” Suleiman stated to the club’s media team.
He emphasized that the current squad is still an ongoing project that requires constant effort.
“The rebuilding process continues, and we must keep working hard despite the positive results,” he added.
Kwara United will officially kick off their 2026-27 NPFL season with a home match against Kano Pillars in Ilorin.
