Veteran Nigerian actress Ngozi Nwosu has appealed to the public for financial assistance as she battles an undisclosed illness.
In a video shared on her Instagram page on Thursday, the actress, who was seen lying on a hospital bed, revealed that she has been hospitalized for three weeks and urgently needs ₦30 million to undergo three life-saving surgeries.
Speaking emotionally, Nwosu said she could no longer keep her health struggle private.
“I can’t keep quiet anymore. I have been hospitalized for three weeks.
Please, I need your help.
Don’t let me die. My fans, friends, family and colleagues, this was really hard for me to do, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I need urgent life-saving surgeries,” she said.
She also shared her bank account details, urging members of the public to support her financially or help spread her appeal.
