El-Kanemi Warriors technical adviser Kabiru Dogo has declared his team fully prepared for their upcoming battle against Ikorodu City in the President Federation Cup final.
The highly anticipated clash is scheduled to take place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba on Saturday, 11 July, 2026.
While the Maiduguri-based Warriors are chasing their fourth title in the competition’s history, their opponents, Ikorodu City, are celebrating their first-ever final appearance.
To ensure they are in peak condition, El-Kanemi kicked off their intensive training sessions on Tuesday morning at the Police College Football Field in Maiduguri.
The manager is in high spirits and oozing confidence as he looks forward to leading his squad into this definitive match.
Expressing his optimistic outlook, Dogo confidently told the club’s media, “We are going to Delta State with our heads held high. The cup is ours, In Sha Allah. We are going there with a mission, and by the grace of Allah, we will deliver.
“El-Kanemi Warriors will soon bounce back from the disappointment of relegation.”
