Super Eagles Head Coach, Eric Chelle, has appointed Bright Osehai Ozebagbe and Deniran Ortega as his assistant coaches for the Nigerian Olympic Team.
Chelle, who also serves as the head coach of the Nigeria Olympic Eagles, described the two coaches as among the brightest young coaching talents in the country, noting that they possess impressive profiles and that he is delighted to have them join his technical crew.
The Franco-Malian tactician has also briefed the leadership of the National Sports Commission (NSC) on his plans and preparations towards securing qualification for the Olympic Games.
Camping is expected to commence soon in Abuja ahead of the team’s qualifiers scheduled for November 2026.
Both the men’s and women’s Nigerian Olympic football teams are under the supervision of the NSC, which is determined not only to secure qualification for the Los Angeles Olympic Games but also to ensure that Nigeria competes for a place on the podium.
