Veteran Nigerian actor Ramsey Nouah has said that talent alone is not enough to guarantee long-term success, stressing that discipline is the key to career longevity.
The 55-year-old made the statement in an Instagram post on Wednesday while reflecting on the lessons he has learned throughout his acting career and how he has remained relevant in the Nigerian film industry.
According to Nouah, although talent can create opportunities, it is discipline that ensures consistency and sustained growth over time.
“One thing I have learned over the years is that talent may open the door, but discipline is what keeps you moving forward.
Discipline is what actually keeps you consistent when inspiration fails you,” he wrote.
