Remo Stars have announced the appointment of Olumide Ajibolade as their new head coach ahead of the 2026/27 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
Ajibolade takes over from Usman Abdallah, who recently left the club to become the head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Ranchers Bees.
The young tactician previously managed Beyond Limits, where he built an impressive reputation for developing young talents and achieving remarkable success.
Ajibolade began his coaching career in 2019 as the U-17 head coach of the Remo Stars Academy under the Remo Stars Sports Club project.
During his time with Beyond Limits, he guided the team to promotion from the Nationwide League One (NLO) to the Nigeria National League (NNL) in the 2022/23 season before leading them to another historic promotion to the NPFL in the 2023/24 campaign.
His appointment underscores Remo Stars’ commitment to continuity, excellence, and promoting successful coaches from within the club’s football development system.
