Seyi Law reveals how Tinubu rescued Nigeria from economic collapse

Popular comedian Oluwaseyitan Aletile, better known as Seyi Law, has thrown his weight behind President Bola Tinubu, claiming the administration’s “bold moves” rescued Nigeria from a total economic meltdown.

Speaking at the APC National Convention on Friday, the entertainer pointed to the removal of the fuel subsidy and the unification of the foreign exchange market as painful but necessary steps for growth.

Beyond policy changes, Seyi Law highlighted a surge in foreign reserves and the launch of a student loan scheme that he says is already supporting nearly one million young Nigerians.

The comedian specifically praised the rise of tuition-free technical colleges, noting that students are now “receiving salaries up to the fee of 45,000 naira” while they learn.

Turning his focus to infrastructure, he lauded the President’s commitment to massive projects like the 700km Lagos-Calabar coastal highway and the 1,000km Sokoto-Badagry road.

“This is the president who decided that this nation will continue to thrive and is staking up giant infrastructural development,” he told the crowd, citing various highway rehabilitation across the country.

He listed several major routes currently under work, stating, “We are talking about the Ebonyi-Calabar Abuja super highway… the Benin-Asaba rehabilitation… the Iwo road to Ilesa to Akure super highway.”

Seyi Law expressed deep personal pride in Tinubu’s leadership, arguing that the President’s systematic approach to tackling corruption is finally yielding results.

He concluded by urging Nigerians to support the current administration’s efforts, insisting that the country is finally on a path away from collapse and toward long-term stability.
