Gombe United Football Club has announced key appointments to its technical crew ahead of the new season.
In a statement issued by the club’s Media Director, Shuaib Mohammed Angazy, the club confirmed the appointment of Eddy Lord Dombraye as its new Technical Adviser.
Dombraye, a former professional footballer turned coach, brings over a decade of coaching experience both within and outside Nigerian football to the club.
The club also appointed Muniru Abdul-Azeez (Coach Sabo) as Chief Coach. According to the statement, his experience is expected to make a significant contribution to driving the team forward and strengthening its technical direction.
Meanwhile, Abdullahi Abubakar has been appointed as the club’s Match Analyst.
The club said Abubakar’s experience and expertise in match analysis would play an important role in sharpening Gombe United’s tactical edge and supporting the team’s preparation for matches.
The appointments are part of the club’s preparations for the upcoming season as Gombe United seek to strengthen its technical structure and improve its competitiveness.
