West African Examinations Council has officially released the results of the Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (CB-WASSCE) for Private Candidates, 2026 First Series.
The examination body disclosed this in a statement posted on its X platform on Friday, informing candidates that their results would be available within 12 hours.
WAEC said the quick turnaround highlights its commitment to improving service delivery through the use of technology and more efficient examination processes.
The council also expressed appreciation to stakeholders for their role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination.
“The result of CB-WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2026–First Series, has been released,” the statement read.
“Candidates can access their results within the next 12 hours.”
“Our thanks to all stakeholders for cooperating with us to achieve this feat,” it added.
